David O’Rourke’s artistic practice has been supported by Clare County Council for many years with a number of grants to assist with art materials and equipment and to enable exhibitions take place throughout Clare.He has exhibited in the Council’s exhibition spaces in Ennis and Kilkee frequently and has contributed to the cultural life of Ennis through his involvement with festivals and his creation of murals in public spaces.
