Delivery and Returns Policy
Faulty or Damaged Items / Prints on Delivery
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from David O’Rourke Art. If you want to return an item, we are happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition.
If the item delivered is faulty or damaged, you must notify the carrier upon receipt and also David O’Rourke Art within 24 hours of the delivery by email email@example.com and phone +353 894774249. We strongly advise that you check your order thoroughly at the time of delivery.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging. If the returned artwork is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights*.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed if the original account no longer exists or if the original account details have expired.
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
